Multiply the printed dimension in inches by 300 to get pixels.
Keep images under 600 px wide for the main column, use JPEG, and stay under 2 MB for the whole message. Most clients do not load remote images by default — inline every one of them.
How to apply these
The social media resizer has all of the above as one-click presets using fill-and-crop, so the subject lands where each platform expects it. Export WebP for the web and JPG for email.
