Quick answers
Email us with the format of the file, what you set in the panel, and what happened instead. If the conversion failed, the error message in the results list is the most useful thing to include — it names the stage that broke.
Almost always one of three things: the format is not decodable by any mainstream browser (HEIC from an iPhone and TIFF are the usual culprits), the file is larger than the size limit, or it is genuinely corrupt. The results list says which.
Not directly — no mainstream browser can decode HEIC, so there is nothing for us to read. The HEIC pages explain the quickest workarounds per device, all of which produce a JPG you can then convert here.
Not a public one. Everything happens client-side by design, which is exactly why there is no server-side conversion endpoint to expose. If you need bulk automation, the tools work fine in a headless browser.
Yes. There is no restriction on commercial use of the tools themselves or of the images you produce with them.
